Exclusive romantic top class 1 bedroom apartment, (sleeps 2/4 guests + baby). Air-conditioned. A discreet haven for 2 or exclusive holiday home for 4. Beautifully furnished in modern style, set in a distinctive Venetian themed complex designed by the architect of the Elysium Hotel, with a large shared pool and beautiful gardens with fountains and cupolas. Included is use of the on-site health club, bar, cafe, sauna, jacuzzi with health treatments available.

The Tomb of the Kings ancient heritage site, the beach and Paphos Harbour are close by. Scuba diving, para-scending, water-skiing and jet skis at the beaches. Quality shops offer high street brands. Discerning diners and families are catered for by many restaurants. A short drive takes you to the Baths of Aphrodite, Limassol and Polis and three championship golf courses. A water-park, bowling ally and go-karting centre are a short distance. The central Kato Paphos location offers you Mediterranean pleasures without need for a car.

Prices are for the property per week and in UK pounds.  Discounts available for long winter lets and for lets of more than three weeks.  Please ask about late deal options

Changeover day
Flexible changeovers. Normally 4pm to occupy apartment and 10am to leave apartment, unless there is no subsequent booking. Otherwise bags can often be left with club on the ground floor and you are welcome to use the pool and club facilities when open.



Bedroom: with 5ft Queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes (hangers), dresser and mirror, hairdryer, air conditioning unit and heater. Linen provided.
Living area: Double sofa-bed + travel cot.


Fully tiled modern bathroom with hot water, bath/shower, wash basin, mirror and toilet, towels, etc.


Modern kitchen, well equipped with granite worktops. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board. Fire blanket, extinguisher, smoke alarm. All plates and utensils of high quality.

Living Rooms:

Large air conditioned lounge/diner furnished with two 3 seat sofas - one a sofabed. Table and 4 chairs, Large LCD satellite TV with lots of channels, DVD player with a library of DVDs, CDs, books and games for your use.

Utility Room:

Large storage cupboard with iron and ironing board etc.


Balcony with table, 4 chairs+2 sunbeds. Pool equipped with sun-beds, parasols, club/cafe, bar etc, and access to gym, sauna, Jacuzzi and health treatments. All fitments of a very high standard.

linen/maid service:

Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).
A mid-stay clean and linen change can be provided for a small cost of £30. Please notify at time of booking. Welcome packs available A bottle of good local wine and basic provisions (tea, bread etc.) included as a welcome gift

Notes on accommodation

Spacious 68 sq.m. apartment. Air-conditioning in living area and bedroom. Oil radiators for cool January/February/March evenings. This really is a top-class, beautifully furnished home in an exclusive centrally located complex.

For the slightly disabled, there is a wheelchair friendly lift to the 2nd floor apartment and the grounds are quite accessible. The apartment is not however, equipped with disability aids.

Apart from the Olympic sized pool, there is an exclusive on-site health club: pool bar, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and massages available for a small charge on site. A 'pool bar' serves drinks, snacks, coffees and light lunches. A gymnasium has equipment including treadmills, multi gym, rowing machine, elliptical machine, excercise bike, bench and free weights section. The gym and sauna are payable locally at a small charge per session or day. Sauna, jacuzzi and massage services are available in club opening hours. The club with bar/cafeteria, on the ground floor has views of the central garden area and pool. The on-site facilities have been described as accurately as possible, however they are run privately and the owners can not accept responsibility for their availability.


Nearest beach: lighthouse beach 10 minutes walk. A short drive/bus away are Coral Bay Beach and Vardas Beaches with golden sands. Numerous other secluded sandy bays within 20 mins drive plus unspoilt beaches of the Akamas Peninsular.

For golfers, 3 top-class 71-72 par 18 hole courses are in easy distance by car and open all year. Tsada – in stunning scenery, in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Secret Valley; amidst dramatic rock formations. Aphrodite – On high plateaus with stunning views of the sea.

Special interest holidays
Cyprus’ being at the crossroads of Asia, Africa and Europe, the island has attracted tourists for thousands of years. With so many fun places to see and visit, you will never forget your trip to your Cyprus holiday apartment. Food reflects the divide between north and south. In the south, you’ll find Greek food. The whole of the island offers delicious fruit, meze (variety of tapas-like small plates) and kleftiko (very slow cooked tender lamb dish). Cyprus is a great place to spend your hard-earned money. Across the island, you will find fantastic gift shops, exquisite jewelers’ and beautiful lace shops. The lace here is all hand-made and although it may be more expensive in the resorts, it is good value for money. There are so many things to see and do - a UNESCO World Heritage site - so many historic, beautiful sites to visit. There is also a water-park, go-karting, bowling alley, superb golf courses, watersports and boat hire.

Paphos airport 20 mins drive from the apartment. Taxi approx €30 if pre-booked. Car hire not essential but good to explore the beauty of southern Cyprus. To be sure of hiring in peak season, book prior to your trip. Secure parking underground inside gated complex. New international airport and yachting marinas are planned for 2008/09.

Paphos Harbour, the Beach, Tomb of the Kings Heritage Site and 'Bar-Street' all about 5-10 mins walk. The harbour and medieval fort are essential sightseeing. Picturesque trails in Troodos Mountains or Akamas Peninsular about 1 hour’s drive. Limassol is 1 hour’s drive. Nicosia and Larnaca about 2 hrs drive. The Elysium Hotel (by the same architect) is about 8-10 minutes by foot.

Further details
The Complex is ideally situated being central to Kato Paphos. International Restaurants, clubs and bars are within a few minutes walk. Paphos town shops are 15 mins walk or a short bus or cab ride if it is hot. Close by are the historical Tomb of the Kings and House of Dionysus mosaics. Other places are Aphrodites Rock near Pissouri and Latchi (picturesque harbour with great seafood). Modern supermarkets are within a short walk towards the town. More select shopping is at centers like Debenhams - a short ride away. The nearby shopping area has been further developed and modernized in 2008.

Booking notes
To secure a booking, a 25% booking fee is required with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to letting date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure will require to be paid in full. No cancellation refunds. A refundable breakage deposit of £100 will be required 8 weeks before departure, which will be returned to you within 7 days pending an on site management report. If booked for 2/3 weeks - a weekly linen and laundry change and cleaning of the apartment can be provided at a cost of £40.
