Booking Procedure

Booking Form

Please complete the following details with your booking request details. On receipt of this form we will contact you to confirm the booking and make payment arrangements.

On receipt of your completed booking form, we will be in contact to confirm the booking and make arrangements for payment.


Booking Procedure:

A provisional booking will be held for 48 hours to enable you to arrange flights. after 3 days we must have received a non-refundable deposit of 25%, by cheque to secure your holiday.

Important information that we will need:
1. Your name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address.
2. The dates, times, flight numbers and carrier for both outward and return journeys.
3. If you require taxi pick up from airport.

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive written or e-mail confirmation of your booking, arrival and departure dates. Please check immediately your confirmation details. You must contact us straightaway if any of the information appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later.

The balance of your holiday price MUST be paid by cheque 8 weeks prior to your departure date. If you fail to pay in full 8 weeks before departure your holiday will be cancelled and you will lose your booking and deposit.

If you have booked within 8 weeks prior to departure this will be classed as a late booking and we must receive full payment before we can confirm your booking.

We also require that a separate refundable Key and Inventory deposit of GBP100.00 be sent with the final payment. This will be returned to you providing that no breakages, damages or extra cleaning has been necessary within 10 days of your return to the UK.

Keys for the apartment will be in a keysafe at the property entrance. The number of which is the last four digits of your UK contact phone number.

If you have any special requirements such as baby cots or high chairs please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange them for a small additional cost.

Terms & Conditions:

The following terms and conditions by Sweptawaycyprus are necessary to preserve your rights, so please read them carefully.

1. On receipt of your initial enquiry we will hold the property for 48 hours to enable you to arrange flights.
2. Payment of 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit must be received within seven days with the balance due eight weeks prior to your arrival date. On bookings within the eight week window full payment will be necessary.
3. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your booking with Sweptawaycyprus will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. (Please note that you will not receive any statements or reminders before the due date.)
4. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking we will try, where possible, to make alternative arrangements for you. However to safeguard against this it is strongly suggested that you take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.

Cancellations and refunds:

All cancellations must be submitted to Sweptawaycyprus in writing, either by email, fax or post, and will be effective from the date of receipt by us. If for medical reasons then a medical certificate will be required.

In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:

1 week prior to arrival 100%
2 weeks prior to arrival 80%
4 weeks prior to arrival 50%
6 weeks prior to arrival 20%

All the above refunds will be valid but please note that the initial 30% deposit received is non refundable. The relevant charges will be deducted before any monies are refunded.

5. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in possession of all legal and travel documents and that they are valid and correct.
6 If you have a complaint during your stay in Cyprus you must inform one of our local representatives who will then do their best to resolve the problem on the spot.
7. Whilst every care is taken in choosing the photographs and compiling the information on this website, they are representative and for guidance only. Whilst we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, Sweptawaycyprus cannot be held responsible for not providing the exact representation shown therein.
