Changeover day

Peak season Wednesday. Clients are required to vacate the apartment by 11.00am on their changeover day. However there are shower and changing facilities in the pool area which can be used up to your departure.



Bedrooms: Master bedroom with full ensuite facilities has a large double bed & safe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds.
Bedroom 3 has a private balcony. All rooms have ample wardrobe space, dressers with mirrors, chairs, bedside tables and hairdryers.

Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 has full ensuite facilities.
Bathroom 2 is equipped with bath, shower, vanity unit and WC.

Kitchen: Breakfast bar with 4 stools, washing machine, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron & board, clothes airer.

Living Rooms: Very spacious open plan lounge leading to extensive private furnished terrace. Free to view satellite TV (eg BBC1, BBC2, ITV & Sky News, UK radio stations). Home cinema surround system with some DVDs/CDs.
Games and books. Dining table with seating.

Other: Large terrace with small private garden, overlooking pool. Dining table, chairs, personal sun loungers and gas barbecue provided. Awning for shade if required.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: One set of bed linen, bath and face towels are provided. A mid-stay clean and linen change is available at small cost of CYP20.

Notes on accommodation

Children welcome. Suitable for elderly. Smoking only on the balcony, terrace area. Air conditioning units fitted in all rooms except bathrooms, also provide heat in the winter months. Ceiling fans in all rooms except bathrooms. Bedrooms and lounge have louvered window shutters. A safe is provided. Lift.
For a small additional cost we can provide: high chair, cot, baby seat.

Paradise Gardens IV has two communal swimming pools available for use be its residents. Both of which have their own toilet and shower facilities.


Only 10 to 15 minute stroll to the nearest beach and harbour.


The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 20 mins drive. Secret Vally and Aphrodite Hills 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.


In Cyprus it is said that in the winter months you can sunbath in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Only one hour drive away, the Troodos Mountains provides fun skiing between January and March.

Special interest holidays:

Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, the birthplace of Aphrodite, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.


Paphos international airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx CYP15-20 depending on time of day. Taxi from Larnaca is CYP50 and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the habour at frequent intervals and a very cheap. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you want to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.


The motorway system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.

After which a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
